AI and work automation
Automate the work, don’t just write prompts.
1:1 online mentoring on AI and automation — in Polish
Who it’s for For business owners and professionals without a technical background, and for developers building integrations with AI models.
What we work on We take one process from your work, run the numbers on whether it’s worth automating, and build a working example or a design for it.
Topics you can bring
From the ground up
- Where AI really saves time in your work
- Writing prompts that produce repeatable results
- No-code automation: connecting email, spreadsheets and your CRM
- Data security: what not to paste into a chat
More advanced
- Integrating with model APIs: Claude, OpenAI
- Multi-step workflows with human review
- Agents and tools: when they make sense and when they don’t
- Evaluating output quality and the cost of mistakes
Example sessions
- Scenario A
One process, costed from start to finish
You describe a task you repeat every week. We work out how long it takes and how long checking the AI’s output would take, then decide whether it’s worth it.
- Scenario B
Your first automation without code
We connect the tools you already use and build a simple workflow that does part of the work for you.
- Scenario C
API integration for developers
Together we design a language model integration for your application: data format, error handling, costs and tests.
Example outcomeA working automation, or a design for one
How we work
You don’t need to code to get value from this path. If you’re not technical, we talk about processes and tools, not code. I explain acronyms like API or RAG when they’re needed, and only then.
We start every session with a specific task from your work. Without one, it’s easy to end up in a general chat about what AI can do, and that rarely leads anywhere.
At Dock we automate processes for clients and for ourselves, so I also show you what didn’t work and why.
Sessions are held in Polish.
What I don’t do
- I don’t promise that AI will handle all of your work.
- I don’t deploy production solutions as part of a lesson. That’s a separate conversation.
