Programming and career development
Learn to make better decisions in your code.
1:1 online programming lessons and career mentoring — in Polish
Who it’s for For people learning to code from scratch, and for juniors and mid-level developers who want to write code that’s easier to maintain.
What we work on We work on your code: review, refactoring, a learning plan and a conversation about your next career step.
Topics you can bring
From the ground up
- Your first project: from idea to a working app
- Git without fear: branches, conflicts, pull requests
- Reading other people’s code and documentation
- Backend basics: HTTP, APIs, databases
More advanced
- Code review: how to give and take feedback
- Refactoring without rewriting everything from scratch
- Designing modules and boundaries of responsibility
- Job interviews and a growth plan for the year ahead
Example sessions
- Scenario A
Portfolio project review
We go through your repository together. We pick three things to improve and fix one of them right away, live.
- Scenario B
A three-month learning plan
We figure out where you are and where you want to get to. You leave with a list of concrete topics and small projects, not a list of courses.
- Scenario C
Technical interview prep
A mock interview with a live coding task and honest feedback: what sounded confident and what’s worth reading up on.
Example outcomeA growth plan and hands-on exercises for the weeks ahead
How we work
We start each session with your code or a specific question. I don’t have a fixed syllabus that we work through regardless of what you bring.
Most of the time we work in “I ask, you write” mode. You share your screen and I guide you with questions until you reach the solution yourself. It’s slower than showing you a ready-made answer, but it sticks.
After every session you get a short note: what we did, what’s worth practicing and what to prepare for next time.
Sessions are held in Polish.
What I don’t do
- I don’t write your course assignments, thesis or take-home interview tasks for you.
- I don’t promise you a job in tech after a set number of sessions.
