Projects

Not a portfolio, but context. For each project I write what I’m responsible for and what is the team’s work, which decision is worth showing and what I’d do differently today.

Dock

Technology company · since 2024

INTERNETtraefikTLS · ROUTINGSWARM · 3 NODESapi×3web×3worker×3POSTGRESREGISTRY

A technology company from Gdańsk, Poland. Websites, online stores, applications, maintenance, digital accessibility, plus automation and AI for growing businesses.

My contribution
As CTO, I’m responsible for technical direction: architecture, infrastructure, quality standards and tool choices. I take part in estimates and client conversations when a technical decision affects scope or cost.
A decision worth showing
One shared infrastructure standard for client projects instead of a separate setup for every deployment.

DockAccess

SaaS product · digital accessibility · in development

A digital accessibility platform: automated audits, continuous monitoring, expert audits, an accessibility statement generator and a widget for users.

My contribution
I’m responsible for the platform’s architecture and technical direction, and for how we combine automated scan results with the work of auditors.
A decision worth showing
The automated scan doesn’t deliver a verdict. Its result is the starting point for an audit, not a statement of conformance.

DockRay

SaaS product · monitoring and security · in development

ERRORS / MIN · PRODALERT: ANOMALYBASELINEUPTIME · 30 DAYSSSL ✓VULNS: 0CWV · LCP OK

Monitoring for applications, online stores and websites: production errors, uptime, SSL certificates, performance and vulnerabilities in plugins and modules.

My contribution
I’m responsible for the system architecture, the alerting model and decisions about how error and vulnerability data is processed.
A decision worth showing
An alert should signal a deviation from the norm, not every single error.
